18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All persons depicted in content on MuscleWorship were at least 18 years of age at the time of creation.

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257) and, where applicable, equivalent laws in other jurisdictions, all models, actors, and performers appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct available on muscleworship.net were over the age of eighteen (18) at the time the content was produced.

Records

MuscleWorship is an online platform hosting content uploaded by independent, verified Creators. For content produced by third-party Creators, those Creators are the producers and are responsible for maintaining the age and identity records required by law. As a condition of publishing, every Creator must complete identity verification (18+) and attests that all performers in their content are adults who have consented and whose records are held by the Creator.

Custodian of records

Original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for content produced by the Platform operator are kept by the Custodian of Records. Requests regarding records may be directed to compliance@muscleworship.net.
