Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone on MuscleWorship and forms part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, loss of earnings, and account termination, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement.

Absolutely prohibited

• Any content involving minors or anyone who appears to be under 18, including simulated or fictional depictions.
• Content featuring a person who has not given explicit, documented consent, including non-consensual recording, “revenge” content, hidden-camera, or deepfakes of real people.
• Content depicting non-consensual acts, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or serious violence.
• Trafficking, prostitution/escort solicitation, or any illegal commercial sexual activity.
• Illegal drugs, weapons sales, or other unlawful goods and services.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, doxxing, or incitement of violence.

Creator requirements

• You must be 18+ and have completed identity verification before publishing.
• Every identifiable performer in your content must be 18+, consenting, and — where required — have age/consent records on file. See our 2257 statement.
• You must own or have the rights to everything you upload.
• Describe content accurately; do not use misleading thumbnails, titles, or bait pricing.

Platform integrity

• No circumventing payments, moving transactions off-platform to evade fees or protections.
• No scraping, bots, bulk downloading, or reverse-engineering.
• No sharing, reselling, or re-uploading purchased content. Files are watermarked to trace leaks.
• No attempts to identify, locate, or contact users outside the Platform without consent.

Reporting

Every content page has a Report option. For urgent safety or legal concerns, email safety@muscleworship.net. We review reports and act on violations, including removing content and, where appropriate, notifying authorities.
