MuscleWorship respects intellectual-property rights and the rights of individuals depicted in content. We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws, and we remove non-consensual intimate imagery on report.
Reporting infringing or non-consensual content
To request removal, send a notice to our designated agent with the following:
- Your contact information (name, email, address).
- Identification of the work or person depicted, and the URL(s) of the content on MuscleWorship.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized — or, for non-consensual imagery, that you are the person depicted (or their representative) and did not consent to its posting.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Designated agent: dmca@muscleworship.net
Our response
We expeditiously remove or disable access to content that is the subject of a valid notice and may terminate repeat infringers. For non-consensual intimate imagery, we prioritize rapid removal.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including your contact details, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction. We may restore the content if the original complainant does not pursue legal action within the period required by law.
