Refund Policy

MuscleWorship sells access to digital content that is delivered instantly. This policy explains when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Digital content & tips

Because purchased videos and photos are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. Tips and donations are voluntary and non-refundable. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once access has begun, where permitted by law.

When we do issue refunds

• The content was not delivered or is technically broken and cannot be fixed.
• You were charged more than once for the same item (duplicate charge).
• The purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized and is confirmed as such.
• The content materially and verifiably differs from its description.

Custom videos & disputes

Custom video requests follow their own lifecycle. If a paid custom request is not delivered within the stated time, or a delivered request materially fails to meet agreed terms, you may open a dispute. Our team mediates; if resolved in your favour the amount is returned to you and recovered from the Creator. Custom payments settled directly to a Creator’s crypto wallet are non-custodial and may be irreversible — disputes are resolved using Creator balances and payout holds.

How to request a refund

Email support@muscleworship.net within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction details. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
