Welcome to MuscleWorship (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and MuscleWorship and govern your access to and use of muscleworship.net and all related services. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & age (18+)

The Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to access, view, or purchase any content. Creators must complete identity verification (KYC) before publishing. Providing false age or identity information is grounds for immediate, permanent termination and may be reported to the authorities.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments, purchases and tips

Card payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we never store your full card number. Custom video payments may be settled in cryptocurrency via a third-party on-ramp (e.g. MoonPay) and, where enabled, are delivered directly to the Creator’s wallet — MuscleWorship is non-custodial over those funds. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases of digital content are generally final; see our Refund Policy.

5. Creator earnings & payouts

Creators earn the applicable share of each sale, tip or donation, less any platform fee disclosed at the time of the transaction and any payment-processing costs. Earnings accrue to the Creator wallet and may be withdrawn subject to minimum thresholds, verification, and holds for chargebacks, refunds or open disputes. We may freeze payouts where fraud, policy violations, or disputes are suspected.

6. Content license & ownership

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading, Creators grant MuscleWorship a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, watermark, promote and deliver that content for the operation of the Platform. Fans receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to view purchased content. Downloading, recording, redistributing, reselling or re-uploading content is strictly prohibited. Delivered files may carry a personal, per-buyer watermark to trace leaks.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not post illegal content, content involving minors or non-consenting persons, impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, circumvent payments, scrape the Platform, or attempt to de-anonymize or harass users.

8. Intellectual property & takedowns

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our DMCA / Copyright Policy. We comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping requirements where applicable; see our 2257 statement.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuscleWorship is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Certain provisions (payments owed, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
